This agreement governs your use of ThunderbirdConverter.com products and constitutes a binding contract between you, the end-user, and ThunderbirdConverter.com, the software creator.
By installing or using the software, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
1. License Grant
Unless you have purchased a commercial or technician license from ThunderbirdConverter.com, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use the software on two separate computers for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license non-premises for sharing the software with others or enabling third parties to access or use it. If you have not purchased a multi-user license, you are not allowed to make the software accessible on a network and distribute to multiple users.
2. COPYRIGHT
Thunderbirdconverter retains ownership of this software, which is completely protected by copyrights laws and international agreements. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or markings on the software.
3. Use Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, decode, decrypt, disassemble, or extract the source code from the software in any manner. You may not permit others to perform such actions. Additionally, you may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the software. You are also prohibited from copying (except for a single backup copy), publicly displaying, transmitting, selling, renting, leasing, or exploiting the software in any other manner.
4. Cover CD.
Evaluation copies of ThunderbirdConverter.com software may be reproduced and distributed on cover CDs by affiliated publications. However, ThunderbirdConverter.com requires a copy of the magazine containing the CD.
5. No Other Warranties
ThunderbirdConverter.com does not guarantee that the software is error-free. It denies all the warranties whether express or implied including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose and non-infringement of third party rights. These limits may not be applicable in some jurisdictions where the exclusion of implied warranties or incidental damages is prohibited by law. You have additional legal rights according to your jurisdiction.
6. Severability.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected
7. No Liability for Consequential Damages
ThunderbirdConverter.com and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, performance, or delivery of the software, even if ThunderbirdConverter.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall ThunderbirdConverter.com’s liability exceed the amount you paid for the software, if applicable.
8. Acknowledgement
By installing or using the software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this agreement. This document represents the complete and exclusive agreement between you and ThunderbirdConverter.com, superseding all prior agreements, whether written or oral, related to the software.
